Important information about Cialis

When it comes to erectile dysfunction pills, I don’t know of any that are as effective and can last as long as Cialis can. Sure, other ED drugs, like Viagra and Levitra have their own advantages, but overall, I think that Cialis really outshines them.

Cialis first appeared on the market near the end of 2003 and very soon became one of the three most popular drugs for treating erectile dysfunction available. Its developer and provider, Lilly ICOS first wanted to create a drug for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension. The difference between these two is in the dosage. For erectile dysfunction, you can get Cialis in dosages of 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 milligrams, while for PAH, the dosages are 20 and 40 milligrams. Do not mix these.

The required dosage of Cialis can vary from person to person, but in most cases, it is either 5 or 10 milligrams. Most people start with a 10-milligram dosage, but if you feel that this is not enough, you can increase it to 20 milligrams. However, you shouldn’t go above this. On the other hand, if you start feeling that your body needs a little more time to get used to this drug, you can try a smaller dose as well. Whatever dose you pick, be sure that you take only one pill per day. Since Cialis can last for a very long time (I’ll get to that a bit later), you can take it in the morning. Normally, it starts working in about 15-30 minutes after you consume it, so you’ll have to wait that long before you can have a proper sexual intercourse.

I mentioned that Cialis can last for a very long time. Normally, ED drugs work for about 4 hours, sometimes an hour or two more. Cialis, on the other hand, can last much longer than that, 24-36 hours and this is not dependent on the size of dosage at all. During that time, you can have sexual intercourse whenever you and your partner want to, there is nothing that can stop you in this as long as you can get sexually aroused.

Cialis shouldn’t be used with hypotensive-including drugs, or drugs that contain nitrates as this can cause either a decrease in blood pressure or a heart problem and both of these can be really dangerous. Also, Cialis can cause some side effects, like nausea, headache, or pain in the muscles and back, as well as (but more rarely), problems with your vision, hearing, blood pressure or cardiovascular problems. This is why you should discus taking Cialis with your doctor, even if you can get it without a prescription.

How to get a hold on this ED drug? Very simple. Your local pharmacy probably has some for sale, but if you want a little more discretion, you can always order it from an online pharmacy. Just fill a simple form and, in few days, it should be delivered to your address.
